We also observed the malware downloading a perl script, named "macsvc", from the C&C server. This script uses mDNS to build a map of all the other devices on the local network, giving information about each device including its IPv6 and IPv4 addresses, name on the network and the port that is in use. This suggests that there may be a variant of this malware that is expressly designed to run on Linux, perhaps even with a Linux executable in place of the Mach-O executable. However, we have not found such a sample.
Malwarebytes will detect this malware as OSX.Backdoor.Quimitchin. (Why the name? Because the quimitchin were Aztec spies who would infiltrate other tribes. Given the "ancient" code, we thought the name fitting.) Apple calls this malware Fruitfly and has released an update that will be automatically downloaded behind the scenes to protect against future infections.

A: Like other applications such as Dreamweaver or Creative Suite, PDF Studio requires Java 6 in order to run. During the upgrade process to Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite or 10.11 El Capitan, Java may be uninstalled from your system. In order to reinstall and run PDF Studio you will need to install the Java 6 Runtime again. You may receive a dialog that will direct you to the site where you can download the Java 6 Runtime. Once installed you can proceed as normal with installing and using PDF Studio. You can follow the instructions below to complete the Java 6 installation.

Typing `java -jar GenomeAnalysisTK.jar -h` should list all the tools available and should also list IndelRealigner. This release of GATK (version 3.7-0-gcfedb67) definitely has IndelRealigner as I have used it recently.
All steps apart from the installation of the Eclipse Checkstyle plugin were quite straightforward. I use FlashForth on the Arduino Uno. It seems a very stable implementation and is a joy to use. It can be downloaded from flashforth.com and either compiled with your tweaks or programmed directly into the boot area of the 328p with the accompanying hex file. Take care of the fuses settings, and you need intercharacter and newline delays on the Arduino Uno unfortunately.
Not so much the compile time but the time to send the code over to the micro. A few hundred lines of code compile almost instantly even on my little netbook but then waiting for it to download to the PIC or Arduino/Atmel you wait for it to download, flash, verify, etc.Or the time to take to edit the code to put in a debug routine before you compile and download.
Yes, stores in the flash. It seems to work well for my ADD kids, rather than doing the wait a minute while I edit this code in the tiny arduino editor and wait for it to download, instead its immediate when you make a change.

Anyone who really wants to understand Forth and its implementation would find the book Threaded Interpretive Languages: Their Design and Implementation by Loeliger invaluable. There is also the August 1980 issue of Byte Magazine that is dedicated to Forth which can easily be found for perusal or download online at several places.
